At League of Linemen, our mission is to provide football linemen (ages 8-21) with the tools, training, and connections they need to excel. Coach Tony (Tone) was the Graduate assistant for the NC State offensive line during the 2023 season. He helped me develop as a player and has assisted me during my pre draft process as well. He helped me increase my knowledge of the game and aided me in sharpening my technique. He always has great energy and is willing to help you regardless of what level you play on. He has so much knowledge and experience to learn from so learning from a coach with so much experience is always beneficial. Overall great coach , and even better man. About the Founder:
Tony Adams is a former NC State team captain, 2× All-ACC lineman, and Super Bowl Champion—but more importantly, he’s a coach who cares. For the past five years, Tony has trained athletes at every level, from middle school to the NFL. He’s helped hundreds of young men grow not just as players, but as people—instilling discipline, confidence, and a deep understanding of the game. Through Adams Athletics and League of Linemen, he’s created a system built on real experience, attention to detail, and a true passion for developing athletes the right way.
